    Domestic help

    What is allowed:

    • To clean : Dust and dirt are handled professionally. Your domestic help vacuums, mops, mops or rubs floors with wax. Windows, walls, furniture, carpets and stairs get a turn. Beds are made. Your fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and stove will shine like new. And your sink, shower, bathtub and toilet also smell fresh.
    • Occasional small adjustments : Your household helper is handy with a needle and thread. Sewing on buttons and plugging holes is no problem for her/him.
    • Second stay : A second residence is also allowed if the user is staying here permanently (i.e. not, for example, a holiday home that has been rented for a short period)

    What is not allowed:

    ⊗ Windows only : Your household help may only wash windows as a part; this should be part of cleaning the entire home.
    ⊗ Festine meals : Preparing festive meals
    ⊗ Repair works : Carry out repairs
    ⊗ Professional spaces : Doctor’s practice, law firm, retail space, … Everything where
    trade is provided or services are provided.
    ⊗ Other : Cleaning animal enclosures, cleaning a “mixed use” zone, cleaning a terrace
    that is not adjacent, health care, childcare, construction site cleaning, cleaning the retirement home.

    What do you mean by domestic help?
    • Cleaning (including the windows)
    • Washing and ironing
    • Occasional minor adjustments (this is the repair of minor damage to the ironing)
    • Preparing small meals
    • A second residence is also allowed if the user is staying here permanently (i.e. not, for example, a holiday home that has been rented for a short period)
    What is not allowed:
    • Just wash the windows (this should be part of cleaning the entire home)
    • Preparing festive meals (e.g. Christmas meal, catering for communion,..)
    • Carry out repairs (replacing lamps, hanging paintings, painting,…)
    • Cleaning animal enclosures (such as dog runs, stables,..)
    • Cleaning professional spaces
    • Cleaning a “mixed use” zone (e.g. waiting room that also serves as a living room)
    • Childcare
    • Healthcare
    • Construction site cleaning
    • Cleaning a retirement home (cleaning a service flat is allowed)
